When you receive the item, please check whether the item is different from the one you ordered and that there is no item missing.
We are committed to quality, but if the product is damaged or defective, we will accept returns or exchanges.
The return shipping fee will be borne by us.
Please contact us via email or phone within 7 days of receiving the product.
In the case of initial failure of a large product, we will replace the defective part.
Please affix a photo of the damaged / defective part and indicate the situation in as much detail as possible.
Please do not discard the cardboard that you are trying to pack until you confirm that the product is not defective.
We will respond as soon as possible, but please understand that it may not be possible to exchange immediately depending on the stock status.
For refunds due to defective items, we will promptly refund to the specified account.
To return large assembled products, the customer's packaging is required when delivering the products to the delivery company. I'm sorry, but please pack it to the state at the time of goods delivery.
If you use other company's services such as business trip assembly on the customer side after delivery, be sure to check the package product before making arrangements.
Please understand beforehand that we do not compensate for any business trip assembly fees, business trip expenses, etc. due to the detection of damage or missing parts during assembly, such as assembling business trips at the same time as delivering the product.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for more than 8 days after delivery.

Please understand that we cannot accept any returns or exchanges after the shipment of products due to customer's convenience (other than initial failure / misdelivery) due to the nature of the service of purchase agency.
“Cooling off” is a system applied to door-to-door sales.
Cooling off is not required for mail order sales.
This Internet mail order does not apply to the cooling-off system for mail-order sales that are accessed by customers. Please note.
The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return due to strong cancellation / return. Please return by "prepayment".

Return without reason
Returns due to reasons that deviate from common sense, such as “the texture and color of the product is slightly different” and “there is a small scratch that cannot be seen unless you look closely at the unpackaged product”

Returns due to reasons such as difficult to understand instructions or missing installation screws or other parts

The following items cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged.
Products over 8 days after delivery
Products that have been used by customers once, or assembled at one location
Products damaged or damaged by customers
Custom-designated products specified by customers that are not handled by our shop (mainly large products that are easily damaged)
Fabric fabrics and fabrics are not allowed
Lighting fixtures, light bulbs and modified products that have been energized even once

When ordering fictitious or other person's personal information (name, address, phone number, etc.) without permission.
In addition to the above, if there is an act that causes inconvenience or damage, it applies.
In the event of inconvenience or damage to our shop or many good customers due to such malicious acts as described above, immediately submit a damage report to the police and request the disclosure of information from the police to the provider, or our shop will temporarily dispose of the disclosure We will file an application with the court, exercise the disclosure order, identify the mischievous orderer, and claim damages.
